A wide variety of power was sitting with capped stacks, including C415s, DD35s, GP9s, GP20s, GP30s, GP35s, GP40s, U25Bs, U28Bs, U28Cs, U30Cs, U33Cs and U50s. Many of these would be returned to service when the economy improved.
