NWRI 701 (yes, ignore the 203 registration lingering from her past on her number boards - was it Western Pacific? Heck, I guess Im just assuming this is CBCX 203 (It wasn't! Later found as NWRI 701) to be honest as I cant see any actual registration call letters) local yard engine shifting tank car DBCX 200125 and sisters into position down in the Vancouver Industrial District / Port of Vancouver bowels along the Columbia River. STYX 72507 back near the discussion area on the other spur.
