| CN local extracts two covered hoppers from Kimberly-Clark’s Neenah Nonwovens Faciity via former C&NW rails on the edge of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 24 Aug. '15. I wasn't sure if this facility still received rail service, this is the first time I've seen cars being spotted here. In Mar. 806 K-C announced they would close or sell the facility by the end of the year. I guess they changed their mind. |
