| The road power for the H train poses at the sign along US 59 at the south end of town. Pay attention to that "radar controlled" sign. Watts gets about half its town budget from traffic fines. The cops here are active watching for speeders in the 40 MPH zone through town. This area will soon see changes to the roadway. The two lane there now will become four, probably during 2016. ODOT has already acquired the right of way, and demolished the few buildings still left there. |
