| Binghamton was host to 2004s TRANSCAER meeting, a training event where first responders are trained in railroad practices and hazmat response. NS ran an office car train to the event, seen here on the ex DLW side while attendees are at the event. We didnt rate the F units, but we did get a pair of really clean SDs. The Siemens Exider train sits in the yard in the background. |
