Great photo!!!! If I had to guess it looks like they are passing where the spur to GA Tubing goes to the their plant. That would be the track in the foreground. They would be coming from the SCL connection at Saffold and headed toward the paper mill. Roughly about the 25th car would be passing over the Sowhatchee Creek trestle. The only trestle on the 15 mile long CIRR. The 2 locomotives were the original power for the CIRR when they began operations in the early 1960's and came from Washington DC Union Terminal railroad.
