| This car, belonging to American Railcar Leasing, was northbound on the UP, taking the connection from the MKT to the MP as it headed back north for more alcohol. Note the car is placarded. Not sure what the placarding rules are for railroads; it seems odd that an empty car would need one, though at one time, there was a placard for "residue" when a car was empty. |
