Daniel Howell General The CSX line through Greer is not a main track and does not see heavy traffic. Therefore crews can leave a train on the line pretty much anywhere with the dispatchers permission. I am not certain about your spotting, but it could be that the crew's time ran out and they had to tie down the power on the spot. 11/5/2006 7:23:01 PM
