Old and new through Railroad View Park
A "GEvo" passes between WB tower (seen through the glass) and the site of the old B&O YMCA (foundation and sidewalk of which is on the right). This is the site of a rail park I am currently designing and speaking with CSX about. The bell was donated by the B&O to the city of Brunswick in 1965 in honor of the town's 75th anniversary.

Tom Beckett General Really cool historic shot, with the bell and YMCA foundation. Railroad Y's were once all over, now a memory-I think they put the crews in hotels, though I'm sure some of them are of dubious repute. Good luck with your railpark project. Home page 10-09-2024 10/9/2024 3:45:32 AM
