Description:  Nee-SOO #703, never repainted and still lingering in the yard after it was supposedly retired a year earlier in October of 1987. No photographer listed. Although Madison, WI, was listed on the back of the photo, Andre Wehrle (see comment below) has more accurately identified the location as Fond du Lac. Thanks, Andre, for your help!
