Description:  Nice shot of Wisconsin Central SW1500 #1560 in the North Fond du Lac, WI yard. Wisconsin Central (WC) SW1500 #1560 was an EMD-built diesel switcher originally constructed in February of 1968 for the Kentucky & Indiana Terminal Railroad (KIT) as #70. It later served on the Wisconsin Central, typically working in freight yards like Stevens Point, before being sold to LTE (LTEX) around July 2022 and renumbered LTEX #1560. As an EMD SW1500, it features a 1,500-horsepower V12 engine and dual-exhaust stacks. .
