PC Power. Here is an image of a photo that was taken on Thursday, 1 February 1968, marking the merger of the New York Central System and the Pennsylvania Railroad. Partially visible at the left is NYC engine #5331, an RS3 road switcher built by the American Locomotive Company in May of 1952 and rated at 1,600 horsepower.
