Description:  309's train would handle empty pulpwood cars out of Birmingham and would clean out the huge Coosa Pines paper mill. As a result, it would have a huge train into Lineville that would get smaller and smaller as it neared its Manchester Yard destination.

Description:  Cleveland Pulpwood yard, the largest of 6 pulpwood yards in Lineville, is located directly across from the depot and uses every square inch of land available. The Taylor loader to the left of #543 has been parked against the railroad and highway right of way while it awaits repairs.
